Not quite athletic enough for pro sports and far too scared of clowns for the circus life, Tommy found his true calling in advertising, starting as an Art Director in 2009. Since then, Tommy’s built a career crafting cross-disciplinary, out-of-the-box (often out-of-left-field), award-winning creative work. He’s also got a sixth sense for spotting emerging talent, which, unlike his irrational fear of balloons popping, is pretty useful in advertising. His creativity has earned accolades at every major international award show, including covered pencils at D&AD, One Show and AWARD , Multiple Cannes Gold Lions, Spikes Grands Prix, among others. Over the years, Tommy has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Volkswagen, McDonald’s, Diageo, Qantas, Heineken, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Westpac. If it’s a campaign that made you think, laugh, or ‘fang’ a ute up a mountainside towards an avalanche of boulders, odds are Tommy had a hand in it. When he’s not busy creating or mentoring, Tommy fully embraces “Dad Mode”, serving as both a human canvas and a jungle gym for his two young, ‘energetic’ boys. Currently, Tommy serves as the Executive Creative Director at Leo Australia.

Currently, he leads the Little Caesars account and works on Blue Diamond and Natural Light. He came to McKinney from Deutsch New York, where he worked on clients like Reebok, Busch Light, and Outback Steakhouse. Throughout his career, he has worked on every brand you can imagine, from McDonald's to State Farm to the NBA. But the real reason he’s made it so far in this business is that he’s a failed child actor who turned his skits and monologues into commercials. He loves what he does and hopes to continue to bring ideas that make people smile and move his client's businesses forward.

Kathi Walter is a Executive Creative Director with 15 passionate years of «create, present, repeat» at agencies like Jung von Matt, heimat, Überground and Accenture Song, she created ideas for brands like Audi, Aktion Mensch, Bosch, Deichmann, Lidl, Rebelle and Viva con Agua. She is a dedicated Art Director with a good sense for concepts and ideas. So far so usual. But mainly she is absolutely hands-on! A rare task nowadays and maybe a relict from her times as a car painter. When she used to spend her workdays with boys, fast cars and spray cans. Which is also clearly the source of some great deadpan humor reflected in her work. The campaign she is currently most proud of is a film series for Aktion Mensch, which advocates for greater inclusion and participation of people with disabilities in our society.

Andrew is a former art director who still likes to roll up his sleeves and push the pixels around. And although he's a little DIY, he still plays nice with others, and he's currently trying to make you laugh with some Little Caesars advertisements. Andrew came to McKinney from Havas Atlanta where he was a Creative Director working on Coca-Cola's social media accounts. He's worked on many well-known brands including Hershey's, Sprite, Kellogg's, Reese's, and Lays. He's from the middle of nowhere Georgia (and that used to be more rare up North). And oh yeah, go dawgs!
