Ellynore began her creative career at the age of 2, when she learned to speak. She immediately used this skill to tell fabulous stories that no one could understand (she still does, to this day). Her career took off at 16 when she learned to read and write. From there, she just had to find how to be paid for that.
Luckily in 2013, just 10 little years later, she started as an intern at BETC Paris, and was eventually adopted. As a junior copywriter, she decided to do some creative tourism and traveled around Parisian agencies. She settled down at Ogilvy Paris, where she worked on Netflix, Dove, Vittel, Philipps… and had the chance to visit the city of Cannes. She even brought back a little Gold Lion as a souvenir, for her campaign with the French rapper Black M.
After that, she did a quick stop of a year in Herezie, where she signed several copywriting campaigns, especially a particularly noticed one for the brand Elephant.
Today she’s back at BETC Paris, and continues to write stories for Citroën, Canal+, Veet, Crédit Agricole, AIDES...

I'm originally from a super small city in Brazil called Juiz de Fora, with almost 20 years of experience across a wide range of local and global brands. Since a very young age, I was never afraid of changes and adapting is probably one of my strongest suits. I like to surprise myself and others, especially when I'm challenged to go the extra mile. I worked with many different agencies with different sets of expertise, from Leo Burnett Tailor Made in Brazil to recently 2y ago at Wunderman Thompson in Dubai.
As an award-winning creative, I'm proud of my work and even prouder of not being an ass kisser. Yeah, it is harder to go that way but that's who I am. I believe that being nice goes a long way.
My personal work also includes painting, illustrating, tattooing, furniture design and decoration. Sure more than hobbies, it is also a nice way to shut up my demons for a while so I can sleep in peace...LOL.

Growing up in Canada, Simon had an innate interest in math, leading him to pursue a degree in Computer Science. After a few years of grinding at startups, Simon decided to pursue advertising instead, landing at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. There he cut his teeth working on clients across multiple industries, including automotive, tech, and fast food. It was during that time that Simon also developed a set of baby supplies to help parents talk, read and sing to their children that was picked up by the Obama administration and given out to new parents at hospitals across the country. Mother LA welcomed Simon in 2018 as Executive Creative Director and he’s been impressing us ever since. He’s worked on all of our clients, most notably helping Postmates become the most popular food delivery service in LA, and he also played a part in helping Sonic grow sales 20% in 2019 to propel its best fiscal year ever. His work has garnered a lot of awards and press attention (and the attention of a past president) but if you ask his dad, Simon’s work being featured on Spike TV’s “funniest ads of the year” is what he should be most proud of.

Danny’s career is long and storied. But they said keep it short.
As Creative Director, Danny has launched brands big and small. For products both diagnostic and therapeutic. His memorable campaigns mean more to him than the awards. For him, it’s about the work. The strategic approach. And ultimately the creative craft that changes lives. But he acknowledges that being honored for that hard work is also worth it. “At the end of the day it feels really fucking good to grasp some metal!”
For the last five years that Danny has called Moon Rabbit home, he’s watched an independent agency rise, grow, and thrive under his stewardship. And always under the belief that creating unconventional work that makes people think and elicits real emotion is what moves mountains. And metal. Metal moves mountains too.

There are few things I love more than a good story and how it has the potential to unlock the world through a unique and fresh perspective. I believe that the most successful outcomes in life come from listening to people. Not shouting at them.
I pride myself in applying this philosophy to all of my work. Whether it’s a website, short video or even a pesky little banner ad — I’m always looking for ways to engage in a conversation as we work to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Many people spend their entire lives looking for that one thing that can define them, be it their passion, or livelihood, or personality but I have been both lucky and blessed to have discovered it very early in my life. I was studying to be an engineer when I realized my interests were more aligned with the events that I was conducting rather than what was going on in the classrooms. And although I graduated as a Communications engineer I knew my heart was in the event & creative planning business.
Thus, I took the biggest leap and started my own business with zero investment or moral support from my family. Everyone my Mom told me to choose a different path- one that was not linked to that of the media industry, but I was sure that my passion was in creating memories and crafting events that people would not only enjoy but remember for the rest of their lives. The trajectory that my life has taken since has turned me into a traveler, explorer, and what has always been my motivation in life- a social worker. In addition to my Event Management, Production and PR Company that pays the bills, I launched a nonprofit two years ago so that I could do my part in helping the country that has given so much to me. Although I have just begun my move in the social work aspect of my life, I aim to be a professional policy maker and become the voice for those that do not have one.
Over the last few years I have climbed the metaphorical ladder to reach a point where I can proudly say that I have represented Pakistan at HPAIR, World Business Dialogue, World Bank Youth Summit and the Future City Summit. My company has also been at the forefront for the most successful events and productions that have taken place in various Cities inside and outside Pakistan. We have been a part of Product Launches, Marketing Campaigns, Public Events, Music Festivals whilst also conducting Corporate Events, PR Campaigns, Design & Animations and Content Creation for our projects or otherwise. But it is our vision for the future specifically that sets us apart from other companies. I truly believe that we are slowly evolving the Events and Entertainment business and soon with our efforts, it will be recognized as a significant part of our industry.

‘I am more than my hair’
No pun intended, but hardly do you see a creative without beards or dreads. Born in Lagos Nigeria, I dreamt of becoming an ambassador, traveling the world with my diplomatic passport. Along the way, I fell in love with storytelling and birthing ideas. It gives so much power to imagine, create and impact. Right now, I’m making a statement with my creativity by telling stories for global brands like Burger King, Nigeria Breweries, Nivea, MasterCard, MTN, GLO, Airtel, Oando, Lighting Africa, etc. So, even if I’m yet to travel the world, at least my stories do. I am more than my hair.I’m a creative telling stories you’ll love to hear
Jericho began his career just the other day, which just so happened to be a Tuesday in 2007. He emersed himself in advertising fighting tooth and ctrl+alt+del to become an established art director.
Jericho is a talented creative with a background in art. He has a diverse background and was once known as a punk musician who played in chaotic underground shows. He still has a passion for music and is also in pursuit of covering 80% of his body with tattoos. He is currently based in Dubai, but has lived and worked in several countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, coding, and has a passion for creating his own games in the future. He also likes to smoke. Although he can be sarcastic, he is also known to be friendly and approachable.
Jericho’s love for ideas, from traditional curiosity and digital savviness, and craft of their execution have earned him recognition in several respective industry award shows.

And when I’m not working, I’m living vicariously through UFC fighters, rappers and football players.

I've been working in the advertising industry for the past 15 years, and during this time, I've worked with a lot of talented people in some cool agencies, where I had my work recognized by significant international publications and awarding bodies like Cannes Lions, D&AD, Effie and CCSP (Brazilian Creative Club).
In the middle of 2019, seeking new models of working (and life), I decided to become independent. For two years, I focused on some personal stuff (like finishing a novel about a guy who becomes immortal) and freelanced not just for agencies but also directly with companies, mainly startups. At the beginning of 2022, I moved to Germany to work as a senior creative for Saatchi & Saatchi.

Art enthusiast. Design and craft passionate. I also build Legos on weekends, secretly. That’s a lie. I do that proudly too.
My 10 years of experience took me from Cairo, where I spent some time at The Hub before joining the Impact BBDO family, to Abu Dhabi then Dubai because apparently past some time you don’t choose family. Telco, finance, tech, FMCG… I’ve given thought to regional campaigns for big names such as Etisalat, Pepsi Co and so much more. I’ve seen my work on billboard, TV and even underwater. Next up? After a few years of working with many talented people from different agencies, I decided to take a step further in my career and moved to the Middle East (Dubai), where I resided for five years. I’ve already worked in São Paulo, Prague, Berlin and Düsseldorf for global agencies TBWA, DDB, Leagas Delaney and J. Walter Thompson—and also for local creative shops such as Avalanche. My work has been recognized with numerous local and international awards. I fell in love with advertising at a very early age. My father also was a copywriter and ran his own ad agency for many years—so I would go along with him and spend my school holidays playing tag in between illustrations, photos and typewriters. Inspired by the creative atmosphere, I approved my first headline when I was only 12 years old.

Cooking is part of my life.
Now you’re probably asking yourself what I’m trying to say with this, right?
I’m always learning about this art by myself and also with other people.
My greatest learning in culinary was a thing that I've heard from a Chef few years ago - "Culinary isn't about memorize recipes or replicate them, but how to hold the attention of people to the point that they'll forget everything around and focus only on the flavors. At the end, It'll bring some little positive moment for them that will be always in their memories. ”So, for me, advertising isn’t so different. There isn’t a recipe, it’s about push yourself studding,
listening to other people and using this knowledge to create new stories in many ways. Both of them have the same intention: to turn that in a single moment that will stay in their memories.

He’s got a deep and abiding love of telling stories and finding the untapped potential in every brand. After 19 years in the business, he could probably hack it as an account person now. Now the more personal part with a mandatory metaphor. His belief is that creativity is a well from which one can quench one's thirst. His muse is boredom and the main interest is capturing ideas, these fleeting gifts, that he then strives to give a proper home. He likes to draw ideas first and think about them later. And no, this description was not written by ChatGPT, even though Nick Cave once answered Peter's question about whether AI would ever write a good song.
