Rex is the Ukraine’s largest advertising and marketing event taking place September 24-27th at Kiev Expo Plaza. Christo Kaftandjiev, Professor of Marketing Communications Sofia University, Bulgaria and Tomsk University, Russia presented the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards 2013 winning work in a presentation on September 25th.
